Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 22, 2026 · Policy revision ugc-2026-07-22-v1
NEPSYN is for constructive fitness, training, nutrition, and accountability. These Guidelines apply to profile information, shared routines, reactions, GIFs, partner activity, reports, and any other content one user makes visible to another. They form part of the Terms of Service.
18+ only. NEPSYN accounts are limited to people who are at least 18 years old. The service is not an emergency or crisis-response channel, and reports are not monitored in real time.
1. Keep people safe
Do not create, upload, share, request, promote, or link to content that:
- threatens, harasses, bullies, stalks, blackmails, or targets another person;
- promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics;
- encourages suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, violence, or dangerous challenges;
- contains sexual exploitation, nudity, pornography, non-consensual intimate material, or sexual content involving any minor;
- grooms, exploits, traffics, or otherwise endangers a child, or contains child sexual abuse material;
- doxes someone, exposes private or identifying information without permission, or facilitates unwanted surveillance;
- instructs another person to ignore serious symptoms, misuse medication or supplements, use unsafe loads, or undertake clearly dangerous training or nutrition practices; or
- facilitates any other illegal act or credible physical harm.
2. Be authentic and respect rights
Do not impersonate another person or organization, run scams, send spam, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, evade a block or suspension, or misrepresent credentials, affiliations, results, or endorsements.
Share only content you own or have permission to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. See the Copyright and DMCA Policy for copyright complaints and counter-notices.
3. Fitness content is not medical care
Users may discuss training and nutrition experiences, but may not present dangerous content as a guaranteed result, diagnosis, treatment, emergency instruction, or individualized professional advice when they are not qualified to provide it. Never pressure another user to train through pain, conceal symptoms, adopt an extreme deficit, or use a drug or supplement.
4. Report, block, and protect yourself
- Use the contextual Report action on a shared routine or social surface so the report includes the minimum server-owned context needed for review.
- Use Block to stop future interaction and hide the blocked creator's shared content. Blocking is available even if a public sharing surface is later disabled.
- If you cannot access the in-app control, email support@nepsyn.com. Include the affected feature, approximate time, and any share or report reference. Do not email passwords, medical records, government IDs, or unnecessary private information.
If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Do not wait for an in-app report response.
5. Review and enforcement
NEPSYN may restrict visibility, revoke a share link, remove content, limit features, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, warn a user, suspend an account, or terminate an account. We consider context, severity, prior violations, attempts to evade controls, and risk to others. Severe child-safety, credible-threat, exploitation, or illegal-content matters may be escalated to the designated safety/legal owner and, where legally required, an appropriate authority.
A report is not proof of a violation. Reporter identity is not disclosed to the reported user except when legally required, and moderators should access only the minimum context needed.
6. Appeals
If NEPSYN notifies you of a content or account action and you believe it was a mistake, email support@nepsyn.com with the action or report reference and a concise explanation. Do not resubmit removed content or create another account to evade the action while an appeal is pending. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original reviewer when staffing permits; the outcome may affirm, modify, or reverse the action.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Guidelines as risks, features, and legal or platform requirements change. Material changes that affect the agreement will use NEPSYN's versioned legal-consent process.
